Abstract
The event will address the topic of agro-food sustainability through the application of new technologies connected to artificial intelligence. In the agricultural sector, there is growing curiosity about the prospects offered by AI and blockchain: is algorithmic intelligence a threat or a resource? And if it is a resource, does it benefit small producers or large corporations, potentially concentrating wealth in the hands of a few? This discussion between experts and industry professionals aims to foster a debate on these critical issues.
An event by Università di Trieste, in collaboration with Java Biocolloid Europe
