Abstract
Intelligence can be defined as the ability of solving problems. But can developing countries solve the challenges they face when countless scientists are displaced each year by war, political instability, and human-made and natural disasters? Drawing from the experience of the TWAS-IAP-ISC Science in Exile Initiative, this session explores how scientific organizations can foster a cohesive response for the support and integration of at-risk, displaced, and refugee scientists.
